AIt's all about timing - I typically allow about 35-45 minutes per service.  I'm able to handle between 8-10 services by themselves depending on the desired finish time. If timing is a concern, additional artists will be able to come help.

Q: Can I change services after the contract is already signed?

A:  Yes, It is possible to make changes to the amount of services after signing the contract, as long as you meet the wedding day minimum.
